All users must use EarnersApp lawfully, honestly and safely. This policy applies to accounts, profiles, listings, requests, promotions, auctions, chats, orders, payments and reviews.
1. Illegal and restricted activity
Do not offer, request, promote or facilitate illegal goods or services, stolen property, weapons or dangerous items where prohibited, controlled substances, unlawful gambling or lotteries, trafficking, exploitation, counterfeit goods, forged documents, bribery, money laundering, sanctions evasion or any activity that requires a licence you do not hold.
2. Safety and harm
Do not threaten, harass, discriminate, exploit, stalk, expose private information, arrange unsafe activity or submit content involving sexual exploitation, non-consensual material or harm to children.
3. Fraud and manipulation
Do not create false accounts or transactions, misrepresent identity, manipulate bids, reviews, referrals, rewards or order completion, upload false receipts, engineer duplicate credits, abuse refunds or chargebacks, or mislead users about price, availability or capability.
4. Payment misuse
Do not use EarnersApp to transfer funds without a genuine permitted purpose, process payments for an undisclosed third party, cash out unauthorised value, test stolen cards, evade limits or move proceeds of crime. Follow only official payment instructions shown by EarnersApp.
5. Off-platform evasion
Do not use phone numbers, external links, social-media details or coded messages to evade platform safeguards, commissions or order records where the app requires the journey to remain on-platform.
6. System abuse
Do not scrape without permission, probe security, introduce malware, overwhelm services, reverse engineer where prohibited, bypass controls, automate abusive activity or access another person’s account or data.
7. Enforcement
We may remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, hold disputed activity for review, cancel ineligible rewards, preserve evidence, notify affected providers or authorities and take other proportionate action. Serious or repeated breaches may result in permanent removal.
