EarnersApp may provide cashback and referral rewards funded from eligible platform commission. Rewards are conditional and are not guaranteed income.
1. Eligibility
A reward applies only where EarnersApp displays it, the underlying order is genuine and eligible, required fulfilment and payment confirmations occur, the user meets verification and account rules, and the transaction has not been cancelled, refunded, reversed, disputed or found abusive.
2. Rates and overrides
Default rates may be adjusted globally, for a product or service, or for an approved user or seller. The applicable record in EarnersApp controls. A percentage may be calculated from platform commission rather than from the full order value.
3. Referral chain
An eligible primary referrer may be the valid Earners App ID entered and accepted at registration. A secondary referrer may be derived from the permitted referral relationship. A user cannot refer themselves. Duplicate, fabricated or manipulated relationships are ineligible.
4. Credit and availability
A displayed pending amount is not available until the platform posts the qualifying wallet entry. Processing may depend on completion, provider confirmation, reconciliation, dispute windows or review.
5. Reversals
Cashback or referral entries may be reversed or withheld if an order is cancelled, refunded, charged back, fraudulent, duplicated, incorrectly calculated, artificially created or otherwise ineligible.
6. Withdrawal and use
Credited rewards may be used or withdrawn only through available methods and subject to wallet, identity, limit, risk and provider rules. Provider fees may reduce the payout received.
7. Prohibited conduct
Do not create duplicate accounts, refer yourself, buy or sell referral identities, mislead people about guaranteed returns, create sham orders, coordinate false fulfilment, or use automation or coercion to generate rewards.
8. Programme changes
Earners Group may change, pause or end a reward programme for legitimate commercial, security, provider or legal reasons. Properly earned and credited amounts remain subject to valid reversals, disputes and applicable law.
