These Seller Terms supplement the general Terms & Conditions for individuals and businesses offering products or services through EarnersApp.
1. Registration and approval
A seller must provide accurate identity and, where applicable, business, ownership, representative, licence and category information. Selling remains unavailable until required verification is approved. Approval may be limited to specified profiles, countries or categories.
2. Listings and responses
Descriptions, images, availability, price, qualifications, location, delivery terms and restrictions must be accurate. Respond only to requests you can lawfully and safely fulfil. Do not use misleading urgency, hidden charges, bait pricing or prohibited external contact details.
3. Orders and communication
Review the full request before accepting. A seller is responsible for accepted commitments and must communicate through permitted in-app channels. Seller access to a customer or chat may be limited until the customer makes the required selection.
4. Fulfilment and confirmation
Deliver the agreed product or service at the agreed location, time, quality and price. Complete seller-side fulfilment and payment confirmations truthfully. Keep appropriate evidence and respond to legitimate after-sales, safety, refund or complaint matters.
5. Commission and wallet obligations
Applicable seller commission is recorded or displayed through the platform. On completion, charges may be deducted from the seller wallet. A seller whose balance reaches an applicable negative limit may be unable to accept further orders until the account is topped up or adjusted.
6. Payments
Use only approved payment methods and do not direct customers to undisclosed accounts or unrelated websites. Do not submit false receipts or confirmations. Where cash is used, complete the required payment confirmation. Provider reversals, refunds and chargebacks may affect seller proceeds.
7. Legal and tax responsibility
Sellers are responsible for required licences, permits, insurance, safety practices, product standards, consumer obligations, invoicing, tax registration and tax payment. EarnersApp approval is not a professional licence or government endorsement.
8. Seller content and advertising
Seller content must be owned or properly authorised, truthful and suitable for the selected category. Promotions and advertisements may require review and must not redirect users outside EarnersApp where platform rules prohibit it.
9. Complaints and enforcement
We may investigate orders, request evidence, remove content, limit categories, reverse ineligible earnings, require refunds, restrict acceptance, suspend a profile or report unlawful activity. Sellers must cooperate with proportionate reviews.
10. Independent status
Independent sellers are not employees, agents or partners of Earners Group merely because they use EarnersApp. They control their lawful business operations and remain responsible for their own staff, tools, costs, risks and obligations.
